I'm supportive of using ecosystem tools for this purpose. I agree with other members that this should probably be discussed for a longer period of time with multiple parties involved before committing to it though. I abstain.

I don't think it must be on-chain. Everything on-chain usually means high cost. We need to seek a balance between decentralization and cost. I believe the key point is verifiability. In a off chain environment, it can solve this problem that DAO members sign their votes.
