I understand that we may end up in a situation where option 4 gets more votes individually, but where the sum of the votes in favor of options 1, 2 and 3 is superior to the number of votes in favor of option 4. However, since this is only an off-chain sentiment vote, I do not believe it is an issue. Voters can vote according to their own belief, independently of which option is going to get the maximum number of votes. The main objectives of this vote are to check:
1/ Whether a majority is in favor of a compensation in ACA from the treasury or not. To that purpose, the sum of votes in favor of options 1, 2 and 3 should be compared to the votes in favor of option 4 alone,
2/ Which option among 1, 2 and 3 is prefered by voters, in case there is a compensation.
