All popular social networks and communities, namely twitter, reddit, youtube, discord, are officially blocked in Russia and CIS countries at the moment. In order to bring new users information about the project, on our own initiative we created a website in Russian. The site contains information in Russian about Acala products and tools with links to official resources, as well as the latest news about the project. The site is highly ranked in Russian search engines (Yandex). According to the query “Acala Network” in Russia the site is on the second place after the official site. Thus, new Russian-speaking users who do not have access to Acala's official channels and social networks will be able to find all the necessary information about the project on the website.

The ACAR memcoin will allow for attracting new loyal users to the main Acala project. The approximate audience of the Russian-speaking population is ~ 100 million people

For further promotion of the project, it is planned to:

Projects like Nemo, Damn, and Boomerang have received a minimum of 300,000 ACA via grant and hackathon win, its quite embarassing to see them participate again in this months contest this clearly shows how greedy these projects are, and are cleary out for personal gains, acala won't thrive with individuals like these who are out for personal gains and doesn't allow new innovations to thrive. And it can be seen treasury funds are been used for self voting, this act doesn't allow new invovation thrive in the system as they can't receive the support which had already been giving to the above projects.
I hope the team will look into this, this is destroying ACALA. :Let's stop these.

Hi, while the INTENTION is GOOD, the current approach to MEMECOINS is MISSING THE MARK. Memecoins succeeded on chains like SOLANA because THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS were launched until a few gained ORGANIC TRACTION. This is Meme & dApp Contest so of course the active memes on Acala Network could be listed, and the users vote to decide. I quite agree with you dude, meme should be culture driven instead of only money-driven, but meme on solana is different from meme on other chains. Solana is now the hometown of memes, which means whenever there's a meme from real world, and someone want to bring it on chain to be a meme, the first choice is always solana. This lead to a super meme cycle, and every other chain should have some meme asset to keep up with the market. This happens not only on Acala but also on Sui Bearchain Monad etc. On the other hand, Meme & dApp Contest is not "funding" anyone. Users vote to choose, and projects (both dApps and memes) compete to attract the notice. In Polkadot, the $DED meme coin also temporarily increased transaction volume. It was funded with over $1 million from the treasury and ended in complete failure. A few more transactions don’t justify misallocated resources — especially when trust and transparency are at stake.
Regarding Acala: projects like DAMN and NEMO, self-labeled as memes, have already received over 600,000 ACA — first through treasury proposals, then again in the previous Meme & dApp round.
