Description
All popular social networks and communities, namely twitter, reddit, youtube, discord, are officially blocked in Russia and CIS countries at the moment. In order to bring new users information about the project, on our own initiative we created a website in Russian. The site contains information in Russian about Acala products and tools with links to official resources, as well as the latest news about the project. The site is highly ranked in Russian search engines (Yandex). According to the query “Acala Network” in Russia the site is on the second place after the official site. Thus, new Russian-speaking users who do not have access to Acala's official channels and social networks will be able to find all the necessary information about the project on the website.

The ACAR memcoin will allow for attracting new loyal users to the main Acala project. The approximate audience of the Russian-speaking population is ~ 100 million people

For further promotion of the project, it is planned to:

1. Placement and promotion of information about the project in Russian social networks
2. Distributing ACAR to new Russian users (pool - 50000000 coins)
3. Development and promotion of own community in the popular Russian social network “Vkontakte” (https://vk.com/acalanetwork).
4. Promotion of the project by means of internet marketing tools in the Russian-speaking segment
