Following the recent departure of AstarHood, this election is essential to maintain the Astar Community Council. The Community Council is a governance body of six members, each playing a vital role in managing the Community Treasury, overseeing UCG grant proposals, evaluating and listing dApps for dApp Staking, reviewing Ecosystem Agent Tips, and participating in governance votes and onchain operations. Council members dedicate significant time each week to these responsibilities, ensuring that the interests of the entire ecosystem are represented and that decisions are made transparently and efficiently. 📝
