Echoing Eric's comment, this should go to the marketing bounty. If it does come back to the treasury, I would like to understand the business model for SportStake as well as the ROI for Polkadot.

If it brings real users, it's a good way on how to connect sport fans with Polkadot. But as Erin stated, better go to marketing bounty so there can be tracked/evaluated milestones etc.

What polkadot need most is its attraction to web3 developers and users. Indirect ways to get sports domain users are not convictive to me and I don't think it can bring enough ROI to polkadot..

I don't understand why they don't forked Nova wallet or any other mobile wallet in the ecosystem. They have solved lots of things and they are secured, a clear business plan would better illustrate how this can reach lots of non crypto people and expose them to interest bearing instruments in the ecosystem. Look at creative ways to move this forward as an example, proof that you onboarded X amount of users, then the protocol could stake in your behalf X(users) x 10 dot, for Y amount of time, providing a base income for each club that is omboarded.

I like the proposal a lot, they're already staking dot and asking for a budget to do more marketing and increase their partnerships. It could directly lead to more people staking DOT and has a good demographic as well. Agreed that they should go through the Marketing Bounty, I don't know if they have already, but would love to give them a chance.

Personally, I quite like the proposal, what they are doing is innovative and they are already doing it, that is, they have already proven it. I don't know if they should really go for the marketing bounty, since I don't feel that it is an activity 100% focused on Marketing.

Just don't think this is a good fit in its current form.

I generally appreciate their presentation and concept, but the ask feels a bit steep. I’d prefer they target a 3-month sprint instead of stretching it to 8 months.
