I believe that success would come from a structure with shared risk/costs and shared rewards from the muliple stakeholders here: IMCF, Aventus, Polkadot, potentially others. That would align parties for long term success. It would also be good to have some validation of the idea that combining Polkadot education and fan engagement is a winning combination, before building this MVP. If that has already happened, let us know.

I agree with the comments mentioned by W1ZSPR3. I feel that if there is no clear planning, we will be wasting money. It is ideal that we have a plan, to allocate on this and achieve positive goals.

It feels a bit like the proposer is throwing a lot of ideas at the wall without presenting a clear, low-hanging opportunity or a cohesive plan that makes logical sense. For example, it's unclear how putting something like Trivia on-chain creates meaningful value -- for users, for Inter Miami’s team or management, or for the Polkadot ecosystem in the long run. I'd prefer to see a simple plan, low asker ask for a simple MVP, prove yourself, then come back for a larger raise once it makes sense to expand functionality.

I believe that blockchain fan club apps and NFTs as collectibles are fluff projects, at the end of the day doesn't really lead to meaningful adoption with active wallets or any sort of trackable value added to the ecosystem.
