https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/1787

Fixes rates for USDT and USDC so they can be used correctly.
These assets were not set up right after a system change.
The rates help decide how much can be spent in governance votes.
Old rates are removed and new ones are added with the same values.
Rates are stored as big numbers with 18 decimal places.
The value used is 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, which equals 10 USDT or USDC per DOT.
Approved by Fellowship Referendum 432.
