This proposal asks for funding for work that helps people use Polkadot's OpenGov system.

What it pays for:

Making dashboards to see how money is spent and how people vote.
Tools to help manage your account identity and connections.
Upgraded computer systems to make the website faster and cheaper to run.
Building blocks that other developers can use to make their own apps.

What it does NOT pay for:

Any work related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Work for the Fellowship program.
Basic maintenance that is already paid for by another agreement.

The work is mostly done or will be finished by December 2025.

Consistent underperformance. Completely cluttered interface. Completely irrelevant and non-performant AI (I know it's excluded, but still it's a sign of the quality). Buggy software. Inconsistent archive records. I believe that the community has done its best to support this project, but it's hard to justify the costs at this point. Nay.

I think it is right that they have taken on board the comments and questions from the community, but I believe there are still many points to review given the results they have been delivering to the ecosystem. I am abstaining at this time.
