This proposal asks for funding for work that helps people use Polkadot's OpenGov system.

What it pays for:

• Making dashboards to see how money is spent and how people vote.
• Tools to help manage your account identity and connections.
• Upgraded computer systems to make the website faster and cheaper to run.
• Building blocks that other developers can use to make their own apps.

What it does NOT pay for:

• Any work related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Work for the Fellowship program.
• Basic maintenance that is already paid for by another agreement.

The work is mostly done or will be finished by December 2025.
