• A proposal to change a setting called setNDelayTranches from 89 to 213 was made.
• This change will help reduce the number of assignments for each candidate.
• The number of assignments will go from about 5.61 to 2.33.
• This change will help manage situations where some validators do not show up.
• It will lessen the impact of no-show validators on how quickly things are done.
• This new setting has already been tested on a network called kusama and worked as expected.
