CodeanDOT was an educational bootcamp held over four consecutive Saturdays beggining on july and ending on august, designed to bring more women into the Polkadot ecosystem by strengthening their technical skills and encouraging female participation in technology.\

This initiative was led by Space4Build and invited communities of women and the H.E.R DAO subDAOs, focusing on creating an inclusive, educational, and collaborative space for women taking their first steps in blockchain.
Each session combined theory, practice, and real-world experiences, showing that every woman can find her place in Polkadot — whether through programming, project management, communications, or digital art.
Participation and Impact
- 25 participants successfully completed the bootcamp.
- Many explored coding and Polkadot tools for the first time.
- Many began their preparation for future Polkadot hackathons at codeanDOT.
- Organic content was generated on social media (X and LinkedIn) through participant testimonials, sharing their experiences and reinforcing Polkadot’s visibility across the region.
