Any proposal prior to demonstrating technical integration on chain gets a resounding nay from me. Ask for a fraction, complete your tech integration, show your contract, get it audited, show the numbers. I’ll make this public and encourage the community to do the same for any and every proposal.

This was a tough decision. On one side, we recognize the dedication / hard work of the proposer. We also see that the proposer listened to the community by returning to the treasury with KPIs. Conversely, we are still unsure what impact this will have on the ecosystem. However, if there was ever a year to try these marketing initiatives, it is this year due to all the political changes happening in the United States. However, we will be very strict about the team’s performance in achieving the KPIs.

This is really ridiculous. IndyCar worthless for tech adoption in general. Conor makes no sense for an ambassador for anything.

Despite all the effort, dedication and care put in by Conor's team, I believe that this type of proposal does not end up generating a positive return for Polkadot or its adoption.
