Not a great look for the eco but the proposer obviously did their best to represent Polkadot considering it was a last minute action, pretty average expenses for a 3-day event.

I'm abstaining given there's no clarity and standard around the evaluation of retroactive compensation in the context of events, see Saxemberg's comments for further detail, and there was also a recent discussion for a tip request for participation in, if I recall correctly, an event in Venezuela. However, I was at the event as reported in the proposal, and I confirm the presence of the proposer.
