Polkadot Hub needs a custom block explorer for PolkaVM smart contracts.
Etherscan-as-a-Service (EAAS) is proposed for integration to provide seamless tools for developers.
The integration will start on Westend Hub in 2025 and expand to Polkadot Hub.
The goal is to attract more developers and users to Polkadot Hub.
The project budget is $1 million USDC.
The integration will support both testnet (Westend Hub) and mainnet (Polkadot Hub).
