It seems to be a retroactive proposal covering Edgetributor's work around the scure-sr25519 package, developed by Paul Miller. The actual development was covered by DOT 1165, at a cost of $19.8K. The original proposal stated:

In this whole process, Edgetributor SubDAO or Edgeware DAO or any Edgeware contributors are not getting financially benefited by any means.

Therefore, this proposal seems to contradict the original agreement. I understand that the work is a very valuable contribution, as also noted in Josep's X post. But this proposal is asking for $37.4K, nearly double the original development cost, without any mention of such compensation in the initial proposal.

Although I commend the efforts, I find the method inappropriate and the costs excessive compared to the original development proposal. I'm nay, leaning toward abstain.
