It seems to be a retroactive proposal covering Edgetributor's work around the scure-sr25519 package, developed by Paul Miller. The actual development was covered by DOT 1165, at a cost of $19.8K. The original proposal stated:

In this whole process, Edgetributor SubDAO or Edgeware DAO or any Edgeware contributors are not getting financially benefited by any means.

Therefore, this proposal seems to contradict the original agreement. I understand that the work is a very valuable contribution, as also noted in Josep's X post. But this proposal is asking for $37.4K, nearly double the original development cost, without any mention of such compensation in the initial proposal.

Although I commend the efforts, I find the method inappropriate and the costs excessive compared to the original development proposal. I'm nay, leaning toward abstain.

They have done important work, but what Kukabi says about prior financing and the fact that this proposal has not addressed this issue strikes me as unusual.

I don't quite understand how much work is related with micro-sr25519. It looks to me only the Curator of Paul Miller’s sr25519 package, but for this proposal I'd expect how the curation work was done and why it worth the proposed value.
