Kusama Pass proves users lock ≥10 KSM for one year.
It gives guaranteed eligibility for raffles (like PBA-X seats or event tickets).
First tested in the Kusama/Polkadot community.
If successful, it could expand to mainstream events (concerts, exhibitions).
A live landing page and app are already built.
Requesting 210 KSM to continue development.

This could be interesting, but at the moment I don't seen enough details in the proposal such as as: a) team, b) development plan, and c) any partnerships or communities that have been engaged to take part.

Great idea. Additionally, balance over a threshold over a certain period of time can also be used as an unlock mechanism, without the necessity of locked balance. I'm close to supporting it, but I agree with W1ZSPR3's comments that the proposal needs to be fleshed out further. I hope the proposer returns with a verified on-chain id and a more detailed proposal.
