- It follows new EU rules starting in November 2025  
- First version will connect 2,500 cars and make 20,000+ transactions monthly  
- Could grow to 2.5 million wallets if 1% of EU drivers join  
- Builds a mobile app to view car data and manage permissions  
- Uses Moonbeam first, then moves to Polkadot
