Description

KSM trading started on Hydration after a vote approved funds from the Treasury.
This allows money to move between Kusama and Polkadot.
When sending KSM or DOT, if a user lacks enough funds, part of what they're sending is used for fees.
This makes it easier for users since they don't need extra money for fees.
However, users can lose more money than expected due to high fees.
A new proposal aims to provide liquidity by supplying DOT and KSM to help with these transactions.
Extra tokens returned to their treasuries after use.
