What's Happening: We want to delay a payment of 8,250 USDC from a treasury fund.
Why Delay: To make sure the work is done before paying. The payment was set for January 25, 2026, but the work is due at the end of January 2026.
New Date: We propose moving the payment to March 15, 2026.
Reason for New Date: This gives the community 7 days to check the work and 36 more days to vote if they want to stop or delay the payment.
Background: The original plan had three payments, but they didn't leave enough time for review between work and payment.
Lesson: Future payments should have at least 43 days between work delivery and payment for proper review.
