I'm not sure marketing with esports can bring many users to polkadot, and the amount is crazy for a team fund.

There are multiple typos in the proposal, which I shared in the related chat in our Telegram group. It's my custom to take it a very strong signal, and it's enough reason for me to nay a proposal.

The proposer has pulled his support for the proposal. We also see the following issues with the proposal: (1) The V.Hive app shows limited on-chain engagement, with 4.5K to 10.5K peak monthly active users. These numbers do not justify the claim that the partnership will drive significant adoption for Polkadot. (2) The proposal immediately requests a 2-year commitment. For an unproven partner, this is risky. A smaller pilot project or a one-year term would allow Polkadot to evaluate the partnership’s value. Prove yourself first, and then gradually request additional funding as you demonstrate value. (3) There’s a huge lack of transparency. Costs are poorly itemized. Key details such as hours worked per task or hourly rates are missing. Deliverables are also vague, with terms like "money-can’t-buy experiences" offering no measurable value for Polkadot. We need a clear scope, especially for a 3.7M proposal! (4) Marketing costs are not transparently divided (logo placements, banners, T-shirts etc) , making it difficult to judge the efficiency of the spending. Also, this is something for the marketing bounty to judge.

I take the view that a second sponsorship within e-sports will not give us a major boost within Polkadot.
