The Big Tipper project is an extension of rfp.fund, which was funded for Kusama with KSM RFP #2. The project aims to unlock multi-sig RFPs for Polkadot, enable bounty curators to associate Child Bounties with RFPs, and deploy an "RFP Board" to consolidate ecosystem RFPs across Kusama/Polkadot Treasuries and Kusama/Polkadot Child Bounties created through the app. The project has a budget of $5,000 for development, $3,000 for UI, $1,000 for supervisors, and $500 for contingency. Supervisors include Leemo and Jay Chrawnna. Excess or unused funds will be returned to the treasury by the supervisors. The timeline includes submission on Big Tipper Track on June 8, development beginning on June 15, UI work starting on July 8, and public launch on AAG on July 16.
