IBERLABS, previously known as the Business Development team for Spain and Andorra, has been working to expand Polkadot's presence in the region. They have built partnerships with institutions, enterprises, and public entities. Here are some of their recent achievements:

Xhype: A global ZeroData marketplace integrated with SubWallet and Polkadot AssetHub.
Kunveno (Web3Spaces): A Web3 freelancing platform that recently released a PolkaTalent campaign for further development of their UX.
Catapulta: A no-code dApp builder supporting Moonbeam deployments.
Andorran Sandbox: An agreement in progress with the Government of Andorra to support Web3 startups and institutions within their regulated sandbox framework.
Institutional DOT Fund and Staking: In progress with MoraBanc, enabling regulated access to DOT and staking for institutions.

IBERLABS has also engaged with various partners to help integrate Polkadot into real business in these regions.

The first bounty's funds were transferred to a single account 19 days after the bounty was funded, and these funds were transferred to 3 different accounts on the same day. This means that the bounty funds were utilized outside the bounty mechanics, without any involvement of the curators. I'll look further into this, I'm switching to nay in the mean time.
