Given the current low levels in activity and extreme focus on building mostly in private, the budget and personnel should be reduced to half or even less of what is proposed. The importance of moderation and the experience of moderators is undeniable, but we should act in accordance with the current conditions of the ecosystem.
I think the budget is too high for our current situation. Honestly, I think it's absurd to pay so much for what is currently being maintained.
We think the budget is high, on the other hand this service is needed, so abstain and waiting for maybe another proposal with lower rates.
