Can collator incentive be part of the protocol like validators? What if no collators? Can there be some kinds of markets in this area?

@OpenSquare/Yongfeng I think it's not possible at the moment to incentivize system parachain collators as on the relay chain, through the staking system. But I think it's going to happen over time.
