We kept running the Polkadot Spanish Twitter account in December.
The old project ended, but we wanted to keep the account active.
This helped keep our Spanish community interested and informed.
We did this so there wouldn't be a big drop in followers or interaction.
It was a smooth change to a new way of running the account.
This report asks for payment for that December work.

I'm having a hard time finding value in any social media marketing effort. This is not denying the efforts of the team at all, but it should all be redesigned with exciting new ideas and approaches.

enough pumping, more building, if you want to get the ecosystem to invest in promoting in Latam, just talking about whats going on in the ecosystem is not enough. i also found the level of the content not in par with what we get in english under the new narrative to be used.
