• We kept running the Polkadot Spanish Twitter account in December.
• The old project ended, but we wanted to keep the account active.
• This helped keep our Spanish community interested and informed.
• We did this so there wouldn't be a big drop in followers or interaction.
• It was a smooth change to a new way of running the account.
• This report asks for payment for that December work.
