I believe the elected HAs should be funded for their work, especially the ones that did it as their sole undertaking. This particular method of calculation is creative, but I believe fair.

I know that DDS and Lucy have been very active in the reformation of the HA program. However I'm not in a position to gauge the validity of the amount asked in a fair manner. I abstain.

We think the request should be in stables. Also, the months covered should be only the months that DD and Lucy worked on the new initiatives. We all recognize that DD and Lucy worked extremely hard on the new initiatives, and that is to be respected/appreciated.
