Considering the comment from SuperDupont under the proposal, community lead at Bifrost, we decided to Nay this tip request. It's not accurate (point no 4 is unnecessary) and Bifrost is running 2nd season of the Yapper campaign with 50 000 BNC rewards, so it might apply there. We mostly support small tips like this one, but not this time.

Lots of tweets are already covered in documentation somewhere, and this was to show appreciation for bringing it to a new audience. Supportive of Evan's effort to call out a need and get a response from the community.

Totally agree with what is described here by Polkadotters.

I really respect and appreciate the work the proposer put into this.. it's always great to see people trying to make the ecosystem more accessible. That said, I do have some concerns in addition to other member comments. If the community starts tipping for short-form guides like this, we may unintentionally set a precedent that opens the door to a flood of similar tip requests (many of which could be AI-generated or basic in nature). It’s a bit of a slippery slope in my view. Even if the DOT amount is small, I don’t think it’s a good use of time/resources for the treasury to vote on every helpful social media post made by an activist. At the very least, I’d expect something more substantial, like a hosted article on a publication or a well-produced video.
