There are many reasons to reject this proposal. First, this kind of marketing isn't working for us, this is clearly demonstrated multiple times. Second is the immense price tag, and the payment not even being scheduled. For any proposal of this sort, I suggest a much lower amount for a technical integration proof-of-concept. There are a lot of concerns with MotoGP's previous partnerships with blockchain projects, all of which seems have resulted in a failure to deliver. Moreover, in my opinion, we have seen a failure to deliver with racing and sports partnerships in the Polkadot community already. Furthermore, the tech integration part of the proposal looks very weak and boring and is basically a non-exclusive payment portal for their Fan Club and NFTs. The main part of the asked payment seems to go towards the sponsorship to promote Polkadot which I don't see bringing a lot of value to the ecosystem, hard NAY.
