  • This update fixes the KSM and DOT exchange rates on Kusama Asset Hub.
  • The rates were lost during a system move and need to be set again.
  • It removes old, unused KSM rate information.
  • It adds new exchange rates between Kusama and Polkadot Asset Hubs.
  • The KSM to DOT rate is set at 4 to 1, just like before.
  • Rates are stored using special large numbers for accuracy.
  • This helps the treasury system work correctly with KSM and DOT conversions.
