Some people want to lower Kusama's inflation like Polkadot did.
Lowering inflation on Polkadot didn’t make the token price go up as expected.
It also made staking rewards smaller.
Doing this on Kusama could hurt people who stake (nominators).
Instead, the idea is to lock some staking rewards so they can’t be sold right away.
Locked tokens can still be used for staking or voting.
The community should vote on how much to lock.
Validators would still get full rewards.

This may be a good idea, but I'd like to see discussion before a WFC is approved. That would include some kind of economic analysis on the effect on staking, nominating and validating. As well as a summary of the pros and cons from such discussion that can go into the proposal for evaluation by the community.

Note: I'm switching to abstain to support an abstain outcome, my original feedback follows. :: I think we should be supportive of experimentation on Kusama. More thought should be given to the possible unlock mechanism as I noted in our discussion with Paradox, but I'm voting aye nonetheless.
