The Electrocoin team proposes a new mobile payment wallet using crypto technology.
Mobile wallets are growing fast, but current ones are expensive and slow to make.
Electrocoin wants to use crypto tools like stablecoins to make a wallet quickly.
Only a few competitors exist, and none work with Polkadot.
Electrocoin has 10 years of experience and tools like a crypto wallet app and payment processor.
Their wallet, KWIT, will let users pay easily at many places and connect to banks and cash.
KWIT will help Polkadot by showing its real-world use and increasing transactions.
Electrocoin plans to launch KWIT with their existing users and locations in Croatia.

Before seeking additional funding, it’s crucial that you first demonstrate to the community that you can successfully deliver on promises. It seems wrong to me that they are asking for funds for a new proposal when they have not yet finished what was proposed in a previous proposal. It is a NAY for me.
