Ryan introduced the Modern Market team to the Polkadot ecosystem.
The team got a sponsorship through the Marketing Bounty.
Ryan feels he deserves a small finder's fee for his role.
He asked for 5% originally, but now wants a smaller tip (10% of the original).
Ryan is happy to help the team and Polkadot grow.
He hopes the community supports his request.

As I wrote on the proposal page, the "sponsorship" is not a direct cooperation between the MB and modern market, rather its through a 3rd party agency. This is why I dont think a finders fee is applicable in this case
