We don't think OpenGov should fund 50% of the investment for each startup. Draper Associate should fund the whole amount. We also think the costs for Milestone 1 are too high.

Silicon Valley's Web3 scene lags behind other regions such as New York or Florida. Also, the impact of Draper University on other chains remains unclear, so we don't think it's as valuable as the price tag.

I applaud Draper Associate's interest in the Polkadot ecosystem, however, I consider this proposal to be a bit risky within the space we are in, where the Polkadot ecosystem is likely to spend a high amount of funds and not end up receiving a positive return. Given this situation, I will vote against.
