PolkaBiz is a program that helps new businesses grow in the Polkadot ecosystem. They have been working hard to find and support new entrepreneurs. From January to April 2025, they did many things like:

Checked 100+ business applications
Helped 68 businesses with coaching
Got 8 businesses funding from Web3 Foundation, totaling $240,000
Helped 3 more businesses get $60,000 in grants
Created a portal for business founders
Helped a company make a deal with a national government
Introduced a big Web2 company to Web3

PolkaBiz needs money to keep doing this work. They are asking for $82,666.66 for the past 4 months. They think programs like theirs are important for Polkadot to grow. You can read their full proposal here: link.

It's a good improvement on the previous proposal, and I think it's fair to go with quarterly retroactive compensation, as this proposal suggests. PolkaBiz should be rewarded for their continued efforts. Looking forward to the Q2 results. Aye.

Listening to community comments and adjusting the proposal after a previous rejection is how it should be.
