This seems high for an experience (e.g. when we could be funding teams to build), however it would be great to hear from advisors Gav and Ed Hesse, and learn more about whether or not Proof of Personhood would actually be ready for this, given the original date was late 2024. Rather than spend this amount to make an "assessment of Web3 opportunities," it seems like opportunities should be determined by indivdual teams going to the market and seeking market success.

I understand the value stemming from the team's experience, and their existing community. However, I find the proposal too broad, and the ask is too high for a first proposal. I will echo the remarks from our call with the team on 10 June 2025: it would be more feasible to focus on technical integration with one partner, or one on-chain aspect, on a smaller first ask. Have to nay it at this moment.
