The design is very much subpar. I don't find the delivered value so far worth $160K received for Milestone 1. Milestone 2 budget is stated as €60K in the Milestone 1 proposal, but now the ask is suddenly $265K. Too many red flags. I'm very sorry for the $160K spent on the first milestone. It should have started with a very small milestone. Nay.

Abstain because bounty manager has work correlation with subsquare, but honestly I agree with most of other concerns. Hope the proposal can be restructured.
