A proposal called Ref. 1390 for the Talisman Mobile App didn't get its money because the time to claim it ran out.
The team forgot to track the deadline and missed the chance to claim the funds.
They are making a new proposal to fix this so they can still use the approved money.
They have already started working on the mobile app and are excited about it.
The team has finished key parts of the app and shown early designs for testing.
The payment address for the funds is the same as in the original proposal.
People are encouraged to vote to help get the payout fixed.
