Personally I have used Artemis and I think it is a very interesting platform, with a lot of integrated data that can be useful, however, I think the cost of the integration is particularly high. 200 thousand dollars I think is an amount quite difficult to recover from this kind of integrations. Likewise, I think we don't have such solid numbers compared to the other chains that are integrated into Artemis, the numbers that L2s exhibit for example are overwhelming compared to Polkadot and parachains. Are we going to pay $200k to show that we have inferior numbers to others? I don't think that's a good idea at this time really..
We are not sure how much value it will bring to the Polkadot ecosystem.
This is not a bad prop, but the value for $200K isn't there exactly. This would be an aye if it were $150K and DOT at $7+. Timing is off, but the idea is ok. This should be revisited at a slightly lower price and in Q1 2025
It seems much more reasonable than the past data platform integrations. I believe we are aiming for the data to tick up for plaza, so I'm good to get this in beforehand.
I find the price a bit too high, but the Parity Data Team's endorsement is critical. Supporting this proposal may also mean future maintenance costs, but I think at this moment Polkadot should be integrated into as many data platforms as possible. Aye.
