Although PolkaBiz is an important actor in the ecosystem and their contributions are important, I have to stand by my principles and make sure that we as a DAO are not falling victim to nepotism. I'd like to request team to ask for quarterly or half-yearly payments. This is because scheduling puts the burden of tracking of the delivered work on the shoulders of the community, and canceling the schedule in the case of under-delivery. Nobody or no group in the network has the capacity to do this throughout the span of the scheduling of this proposal, which is one year. Therefore, asking for a yearly schedule risks being perceived as avoiding the accountability of asking for payments after delivered work and reports. This is something I ask all teams to do, a recent example being OG Tracker, exempting PolkaBiz would be plain nepotism. Asking for a yearly guaranteed fixed income is also very unusual in this space due to extreme competition and volatility. Nay.
