The past experiences that users have been reporting with StellaSwap seem to me to be very negative in terms of the results they have been providing for the Polkadot ecosystem.
I am not satisfied with what has been delivered in terms of ROI, and I do not believe that this can change with a new proposal.

Following treasury funded incentive programs rewarded to Hydration, is anyone surprised that we have more and more teams coming back under the guise of TVL and bringing liquidity to the ecosystem?

Seeing as previous StellaSwap incentive program wasn't run that great in my opinion, I'm against giving them another chance. To be fair, I'm fundamentally against these incentive programs so nothing against StellaSwap team specifically. I think without a coordinated effort and expected on-chain activity (2.0 release, Polkadot Hub etc.) these incentives only fill the pockets of a select few and don't bring any ROI to the ecosystem.

While we generally support DeFi incentives, StellaSwap's handling of their previous round was far from smooth. Our main issue is the scale — requesting 1 million DOT (approximately $3 million in today's prices) when their total value locked is only around 10 million seems disproportionate. That ratio just doesn’t sit right. Honestly, we’d be more comfortable backing a smaller incentive that better matches their current ecosystem size. We have to ensure that the funding aligns with real impact and growth.

I follow the opinions of other members. The community sentiment around StellaSwap's previous incentive program does not appear to be positive, and the current ask does not seem to be justified.
