I don't see any harm coming from this, especially on Kusama. It'll function better with the implementation of the RFC for the improvement of coretime market, but it can still lead to a good experiment in the mean time. I might revisit my decision in light of new information, but currently I'm supportive.

I would like to see a larger plan / analysis of the coretime market, retrospective of the issues encountered and clearer statement of what the "experiment" is that Kian believes is being performed here

If we can't improve it lets break it, we will learn something out of it, a little pragmatic but isn't it Kusama?
