DotMemo is a decentralized application on Polkadot and Kusama that lets users create and collect digital memories as NFTs. It has been successful, with over 4,500 memories minted and 4,371 users. DotMemo v2 will have new features like customizable landing pages, post-claim experience, advanced memo features, security and scalability enhancements, and extended maintenance and support. The project is asking for $70,000 to develop DotMemo v2 and provide 12 months of maintenance and support. This will help the Polkadot ecosystem by improving community engagement, user onboarding, event organizer support, historical records, and driving adoption.

AFAIK, there are already several free options on Polkadot that pretty much do the same function so doesn't seem like this is necessary, my first vote is NAY pending further developments.

Personally, I think POAPs are something interesting in the Web3 ecosystem. The team is not really asking for a very high amount to develop and maintain the project for a year, so I think it could be an interesting case to see.
