The Polkadot upgrade to v1.1.2 accidentally stopped three staking accounts from getting rewards.
A proposal was made to pay back these accounts for the missed rewards.
The issue was discussed by a developer in the Polkadot Forum.
A fix came with a later upgrade, v1.4.0, which corrected the problem for one account.
Each account missed out on different amounts of rewards due to this issue.
The affected accounts had varying last rewards and average annual percentages.
The rewards for the three accounts that need to be reimbursed are 1,603.46 DOT, 587.11 DOT, and 1,313.76 DOT.
