Seems good to be adjacent to DevConnect so that Polkadot folks can understand what is happening in Ethereum. Past conferences have suffered from inability to pull people from outside the ecosystem, but interested to give WebZero a chance to scale up to a larger event here.

It's important to hold the main conferences during the year, such as Sub0 and Decoded. These conferences can attract developers, users and capital from outside our ecosystem. They also have value for agents within the ecosystem. We are on the Aye side with this, and the budget seems reasonable as well. It's also a plus that they are scheduled to coincide with Devconnect in Buenos Aires.

I think it's a great decision to hold this event in Buenos Aires, especially alongside DEVCON. Personally, I believe we will have a significant positive impact as a result of this event.

We are looking forward to the traction/attendance the event will generate.

I hope this event can attract as more as possible attendances. Looking forward to see the final report. If the number is still disappointing, we should consider whether it's necessary.

Web0 has been consistently delivering value. It'll be good to see how they'll transform Decoded. It would've been good to receive due diligence on this proposal from events and marketing bounties, regardless of whether the proposal was submitted to them.

The concept is solid, but the budget feels high for a 3,000-person event, particularly as we aim to reduce spending and many builders still face funding challenges.
