The same benefits and terms as the original agreement apply.
The center helps Polkadot with low-cost outreach and networking.
Plans include co-working sessions and meet-ups at the Levan Center.

The center is in a leadership transition, slowing some Polkadot initiatives.
Levan leaders have been invited to Polkadot events at Inter Miami matches.
Visitors to South Florida are welcome to tour or host events at the center.

Unclear what value this sponsorship delivers. It’s been six months.. what results can be shown from the initial investment? The leadership changes at Levan Center, along with the apparent pause on all Polkadot-related initiatives, raise additional concerns.

Supportive of the proposer, but it seems like this is one of many activities going on and it's not clear what is the goal of this sponsorship and what resources (dedicated time, manpower, etc.) is needed to bring the most value out of it. It would be great to see what has been accomplished so far, as I only see a list of invoices and receipts, but nothing about usage of the space, events held, businesses that have been engaged through it, etc.
