This is an updated plan for RegionX.
It replaces an earlier proposal after listening to feedback.
The new plan focuses on the most important tasks.
It includes work already done, new features, and costs for data services.
It also prepares for upcoming Polkadot network upgrades.
The secondary marketplace for Polkadot will be added later when there's more demand.
Because the secondary market is not included now, the cost is much lower.

It's a necessary tool for the ecosystem, yet I'm not satisfied with the quality of the delivery so far taking into account that the team has received $335K so far. I find the ask overpriced. I would find it appropriate if the team first worked to improve product quality utilizing the funds received so far, or an ask around $20-$30K. Nay for this budget.
