I feel 40k dots is a big ask, I do recognize the market potential of this happening in polkadot, but right now there is not an easy way to get BTC holders into polkadot, if this enables that I would change my vote from Abstain to Aye.

I understand the value proposition, but raising funds through LAOS offerings and private investors seems more appropriate to me. For the size of the ask, the proposal also needs a detailed breakdown of expenses and an execution plan. For these reasons, and since this is funding for a private parachain with its own native token, I don’t find the request justified. Nay.

I would advise proposers to apply for a W3F Grant, not devaluing what is being proposed but seems inappropriate to fund this from the treasury.

Personally, I feel that the boom in Bitcoin NFTs has already passed and is not gaining much traction. I don't know if it's a good idea to promote it at this point from Polkadot.
I think it would be ideal to aim for more solid growth of the NFT ecosystem itself, which is being achieved through Mythos.

I think w3f grant is more appropriate.

This should be more appropriately funded through private means or W3F grants.

It's not clear this is strategically relevant to Dot, nor how it might help grow Polkadot Hub.
